The sun tries to peek through the clouds in the stormy sky over Seneca Lake, near Watkins Glen in the Fingerlakes region of New York.

I am a teacher, freelance musician, and photographer. I hope to share my unique view of the world through my photographic art. All of my artwork starts with a photograph. Occasionally, I get to take photos in exotic locations from around the world, but most are taken locally...some have even been taken in my own back yard! There is always something beautiful to see, you just have to look for it. Many of my images highlight the natural beauty around us through traditional photographic methods, but beauty isn't just found in the natural world.
