I am a teacher, freelance musician, and photographer. I hope to share my unique view of the world through my photographic art. All of my artwork starts with a photograph. Occasionally, I get to take photos in exotic locations from around the world, but most are taken locally...some have even been taken in my own back yard! There is always something beautiful to see, you just have to look for it. Many of my images highlight the natural beauty around us through traditional photographic methods, but beauty isn't just found in the natural world. I will also take photos and alter these images to enhance the scene and to better capture the mood. In these images, I focus on the basic elements of composition, color, and contrast. So...
